ANN patch

I convinced the ANN library to build on Linux with one guess and one modification. The patch will be in the next release. This is my 2,987,137th trivial fix for an open source project.

ANN performs quite efficiently for point sets ranging in size from thousands to hundreds of thousands, and in dimensions as high as 20.
For my purposes the point set would be the set of song runtimes from a FreeDB CD listing and the number of dimensions would be the number of songs.
